Tamil Nadu politics are set for a complete revamp from the DMK and AIDMK administration as a completely new wave has been set in motion by Thalapathy Vijay with his TVK party. He is forming a completely new administration and coterie for himself and rightly so as well.
However, social media had a very strong reaction to the latest picture of Thalapathy Vijay while he was interacting with Tamil Nadu governor.
The presence of multiple non-political individuals, including film producer KVN (Jana Nayagan producer) and Andhra Pradesh based businessman, Vishnu Reddy has led to severe criticism on Vijay’s public appearance.
Posting on this topic, a Tamil social media user commented “Vijay took a Karnataka film producer (KVN Venkat) & an Andhra granite & mining businessman (Vishnu Reddy) along with him to the Governor to stake claim for government formation.
What role do these two outsiders have in Tamil Nadu? Are they going to run the Tamil Nadu government?Suspicious.” This post quickly went viral.
There are hundreds of such comments on the team that Vijay has formulated for himself. Many Tamil folk are suspicious about the presence of Andhra Pradesh businessman, and Karnataka film producer with Vijay.
This is quickly blowing out of proportion and could quickly be converted into regional conflict within the Vijay camp. So it is perhaps in the best interests of Vijay to deal with the situation on priority before it gets ridiculed further on social media.
