AP and Telangana have been seeing the grim numbers today due to a sharp spike in coronavirus cases, most of them are people returned from Delhi Markaz meet in March.
According to the government report as per the lab reports released at 7 pm in the evening, there are 24 new positive cases in AP, making the total to 111 coronavirus infected in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
The district-wise coronavirus positive cases are Anantapur (2), Chittoor (6), East Godavari (9), Guntur (20), Kadapa (15), Krishna (15), Kurnool (1), Nellore (3), Prakasam (15), Visakhapatnam (11), West Godavari (14) and of them all, only two recovered from the virus infection, one from Visakhapatnam and one from Nellore.
While in Telangana, the number of cases reached 109 with 12 new cases recorded today, by the end of the day with 7 deaths. 14 recovered from Coronavirus and 88 are still hospitalized. The total number of coronavirus cases in India as per official state governments’ report reached 1834.
