Nenu Chanipoyaka Naa Photo Prathi Intlo Undali: Jagan

The former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh YS Jagan had been repeatedly emphasising his welfare oriented public policy making. This clearly did not work in his favour in the earlier election, but that doesn’t appear to have changed the mindset of Jagan yet.

While addressing the media today, Jagan said he wishes to have his photo in every single household even after his death. “Nenu chanipoyaka Kuda Prathi intlo naa photo undali.” These were the words that Jagan said today.

While the aspiration might be very strong and appreciable, the results in the earlier election are not depicting the same as Jagan’s party got relegated from 151 seats to 11 seats. It is evident that the public policy making of Jagan did not have the desired impact in the first place.

This was followed by another comment from the YCP chief as he said two years have already passed since the NDA government and there is only three more years left. This would essentially mean that there is only one and half year left for the true administration as Jagan would be starting the Padayatra in a year and half from now. He gave the implication that the administration will change after his Yatra starts.

Jagan had been very repetitive with his approach towards the timeline of the NDA government, and the resurgence of his Padayatra. Only time will tell if these reassurance speeches will be sufficient enough for the YCP cadres to get back on their feet.
