Only Humiliated Varma Defended Chandrababu

Bonda Uma issue has become a point of discussion in the Telugu Desam Party. From sharing dais with Ambati Rambabu to his response to the show cause notice, it is clear that Uma is defying the party.

There are rumors that he is in talks with YSR Congress and will jump the ship sooner or later.

This will send a very wrong signal to the Political Analysts and the Public as a sitting MLA is defying the party even though there is half of the term left. While Uma is insulting the Party and its leadership, surprisingly all the leaders have maintained silence.

Only SVSN Varma ( Pithapuram Varma ) who was humiliated by the party by stripping the Incharge Position (of Pithapuram) came to the rescue of the party and the leadership in this issue.

Those enjoying the power and those who are aspiring for power stayed silent. Varma called for a Pressmeet and rebutted all the statements made by Uma.

‘It is unfortunate that the TDP leadership had to abandon loyalists like Varma. But then, the party will say they have to sacrifice some things for the stability of Alliance which is much needed for the state now’, a political observer remarked.
