Brand Prashant Kishor Resurrected Again!

Political Strategist Prashant Kishor is on his way to become a legislator for the first time in his career. He is currently leading from Bankipur seat in the by-election counting.

Prashant Kishor is comfortably winning in a BJP bastion which was vacated after the Saffron Party sent Nithin Nabin to Rajya Sabha after he was made the BJP’s National President.

Losing the sitting seat of the National President is a huge embarrassment for the party.

It is also the resurrection of Brand Prashant Kishor.

After a successful stint as a Political Strategist, PK turned politician and contested in the recent Bihar elections by floating his own political party. But then, his Jan Suraaj party drew a blank in that election.

Prashant Kishor did not contest in that election.

But he sensed an opportunity in the By-election as anti-incumbency seems to be building up on the BJP and contested the by-election.

BJP also got its electioneering wrong. Changing the candidate at the last-minute went in favor of Prashant Kishor.

Bihar Assembly election result would have been a huge setback to Prashant Kishor but with this victory, he will stay relevant in the National Politics.

He can now be active in Bihar Assembly and can become influential by the time of next election.

That is another disappointment for the BJP after the Bankipur setback.
