Tadipatri Heats Up: JC Attacked By YCP MLA

The Rayalaseema politics have once again heated up with ruling YCP MLA Pedda Reddy attacking JC Prabhakar Reddy’s followers. Going into details, an audio clip of MLA Pedda Reddy has gone viral and thinking that it is deliberately done by opposition party leaders especially JC’s followers, Pedda Reddy reached Prabhakar Reddy’s residence on Thursday morning and attacked his followers.

This attack turned into a big storm as followers of both Reddys pelted stones at one another. In this vehicles of the MLA and ex-MLA got severely damaged. The police stepped into the scene but then it was too late as the damage has already been done.

Reacting on this Prabhakar Reddy said, “I was on my way to Hyderabad to see my son-in-law’s father who was admitted at a private hospital. At around 8:30 AM, MLA Pedda Reddy passed through the road adjacent to my residence. Sometime later I received a call that my residence was attacked.”

Adding, the younger JC brother said, “The AP police are at the service of YCP government and leaders. If they think that we have leaked the audio clip of the MLA, he is most free to approach the police and lodge a complaint. The police will reveal details in their investigation. I or my supporters have absolutely nothing to do with the MLA’s leaked audio clip about the transport of sand.”

Further Prabhakar Reddy said this is an attempt to threaten us and the TDP cadre as the municipal and Sarpanch elections are around the corner. “We have all the CCTV footage for the attack yet we will not be filing a police complaint. But the police have acted in a biased manner and they will have to pay the price for it,” said Prabhakar Reddy.

Meanwhile the YCP MLA is yet to react on this issue.
