Former minister Akhila Priya has faced a shock as her bail petition was rejected by the Secunderabad court. This morning the bail petition came for hearing and an advocate on behalf of Akhila Priya urged the court to grant her bail on health concerns.
However, the Chanchalguda jail authorities have submitted a report of Akhila Priya’s health to the court and based on this report, her bail petition was rejected.
Meanwhile the Hyderabad cops have filed a petition seeking the custody of Akhila Priya for detailed investigation into the sensational kidnap case over the Rs 500 crore land dispute. The police wanted seven days custody but the court has granted just three days custody of Akhila Priya.
The police are likely to question Akhila Priya from 13th of this month. Also Akhila Priya’s lawyer can accompany her during the police probe.
