BJP Leader Calls KTR ‘IDIOT’ Over #LetsTalkVaccination

BJP’s spokesperson Khemchand Sharma has crossed his line and called Telangana IT minister KTR, ‘IDIOT.’ Going into details on Sunday evening KTR went for a Twitter chat with the hashtag #LetsTalkVaccination.

During this, KTR took pot-shots at the Centre for its late actions in placing orders for the vaccine. “Why is there a demand – supply gap when India is the vaccines hub? Lot of questions on this. While all other countries were placing orders for vaccines back in first half of 2020, Govt of India woke up late,” tweeted KTR.

This has irked the BJP leader Khemchand and out of aggression he used the word ‘IDIOT.’ “You Idiot : India is on top of administrating at least one dose that is about 17.5 crore and over all about 22.37 crore. Why are you serving the half-truth to the people,” replied Khemchand.

Offended by this, KTR countered the BJP leader. “Sir, I too can call you names but it’s not in my culture to do so. For your information, this is where the world is at. Israel has vaccinated 60% & US 40% of its population. I guess it’s difficult to comprehend for those who don’t want to accept facts,” added KTR.

Later KTR questioned where Rs 35000 crore allocations had gone in the union budget for vaccination. He added that India needs at least 272 crore doses to vaccinate the 100 percent population.
