Minister Brother Caught Playing ‘Pekata’

TRS Minister CH Malla Reddy is always a centre of controversy and he has a company now in the form of his brother Narasimha Reddy. Narasimha has breached the lockdown and held a cards gambling sort off at a private property in Bowenpally, Hyderabad. Having information of this private club, the North Zone Task Force police held raids.

Post the lunch hours on Wednesday, the police reached the private property located near Malla Reddy gardens. Upon seeing Narasimha Reddy, the police were shocked but despite that they carried out the raids. The cops found a huge quantity of liquor and seized Rs 1.40 Lakh cash from 13 persons.

The police even booked a case against Narasimha Reddy and just when they were about to arrest him, he reportedly asked the police to leave the premises citing his brother Malla Reddy’s name. Cases under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, Disaster Management Act and Telangana State Gaming Act are booked against Narasimha Reddy.

But what’s surprising is no electronic media has covered or reported about this and it shows the influence of KCR on Telugu media. Had this been a leader of opposition or any private person, Telugu media would have carried out telecast even on Thursday.
