Who Advised Kamal Haasan To sign ‘Indian’

Superstar Kamal Haasan said that he happened to sign 1996 vigilante action film ‘Indian’ following the advice of Superstar late Sivaji Ganesan. Speaking during the audio launch of Indian 2 in Chennai, Kamal recalled an incident with veteran Ganesan. It was during that time, director Shankar too came up with a similar script. Ganesan advised Kamal to go ahead with Shankar’s script which later became a sensational blockbuster worldwide.
