Paytm employees have filed complaints with the Ministry of Labour and Employment, alleging unlawful termination by the company. The employees claim they were forced to resign without compensation and are seeking reinstatement. The exact number of complaints remains unclear, but the employees estimate there are up to 50. The aggrieved employees are now gearing up for a court battle against the fintech major.
