Andhra Pradesh Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan refused to accept his Rs 35,000 salary and any special allowances, including for new office furniture. Kalyan, who also serves as the Panchayat Raj Minister, cited the lack of funds in the department as the reason for declining the salary for attending the legislative session.
