The Telangana High Court has directed the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) to immediately set up an expert committee to address the growing stray dog menace in the city. The court expressed serious concern over recent incidents of stray dog attacks, especially on young children, and asked the authorities to devise scientific solutions to the problem.
