PVR INOX reported a net loss of Rs 179 crore in the first quarter, up from Rs 82 crore last year. The loss was due to delays in film releases caused by general elections. Revenue fell to Rs 1,190.7 crore, and expenses increased to Rs 1,457.5 crore during this period.
