Vehicles Seizure Not Allowed In Drunk and Drive Cases: HC

Telangana High Court issued Key Directives on Drunk Driving Cases. According to that, the police do not have the authority to seize a vehicle. The vehicle must be handed over to relatives or friends. If no one is present at the spot, they must be contacted by phone and summoned.
