TCS Cuts Fresher Hiring, Ties Future Jobs to Demand

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has issued 25,000 fresher offers for FY27, down from last year. CEO K Krithivasan said further hiring will depend on business demand. The company remains cautious amid market uncertainty, aligning recruitment strictly with project needs and growth outlook.
