H1B Fraud: Two Telugu Folks Face 5 Years In Prison

Two Telugu Folks – Sampath Rajidi and Sreedhar Mada pleaded guilty to H-1B visa fraud conspiracy. Operating through S-Team Software and Uptrend Technologies, the duo misused worker petitions for illegal placements. Sentencing is scheduled for July 30, 2026. Each faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine for their roles in the scheme.
