Madras HC Clears Way for Dhruva Natchathiram Release

Madras High Court has rejected appeals filed by creditors of Gautam Vasudev Menon, upholding a single judge order that enables the release of Dhruva Natchathiram. The bench dismissed petitions filed by K Prem Kumar and K Punniyamoorthy, removing a major legal hurdle.
