BookMyShow has been fined ₹12,000 by a Hyderabad consumer commission for failing to inform a customer about the cancellation of a screening of Mohanlal’s Barroz. The panel held the ticketing platform responsible for deficient service, ruling in favor of the complainant and directing compensation.
