Telegram Founder In Russia’s Most Wanted List

Russia has placed Telegram founder Pavel Durov on its international wanted list after charging him with allegedly facilitating terrorism. Authorities claim Telegram failed to remove content linked to attacks inside Russia. Durov has previously denied similar allegations, calling them politically motivated.
