US President Donald Trump signed a new law hitting Russia with fresh sanctions. The law allows him to impose up to 100% tariffs on countries buying Russian crude oil, putting top importer India at serious risk. However, imposing these tariffs is optional, leaving India’s trade fate entirely in Trump’s hands.
