For nearly the last 20 days, also, the IPL has been passing on a very stagnated note with one sided results and expected outcomes every day. But for a change, the last three days of the IPL has been very entertaining and exciting.

On Monday, it was the game between Chennai and Lucknow, which was a very entertaining one. After a long time, people got to witness Dhoni finish a game in the final over, and this is something that fans have been waiting for.

On Tuesday, it was a low scoring thriller where Punjab managed to defend 111 runs against Kolkata, who got to 95 and got bowled out. In a season that has been pumped up with high scoring games, it was very good to witness a low scoring thriller.

And on Wednesday, it was the turn of a super over. The game between Delhi and Rajasthan went to the super over after a rather tight run chase. In the end, Delhi ended up, winning the game in the super over. Incidentally, this is the first over in the last four seasons of IPL.

With three nights producing three super interesting games, fans are starting to opine that the IPL is witnessing its peak now. Every year, there is this one point where the cricketing drama hits the peak and it is perhaps time to say that the ongoing season is witnessing one such phase now.
