Pakistani Cricket Legend’s Controversial Comment on Indian Army

The shocking act of terrorism that happened in Pahalgam of Jammu and Kashmir, on April 24 is one of the most cowardly and inhumane acts in recent history. While entire India is mourning this untoward incident which claimed 27 lives, Pakistani folk are having the most random things to say about the same.

While speaking about this shocking incident, former Pakistani cricketer and renowned cricketing legend Shahid Afridi made a very controversial statement.

Shahid Afridi criticized the Indian Army’s effectiveness in handling the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir. He pointed out that despite having 800,000 soldiers stationed in Kashmir, they failed to prevent the attack or respond promptly when it occurred.

Afridi questioned the competence of the Indian forces, saying their inability to protect civilians showed they were ineffective. He also expressed that India hastily blamed Pakistan for the attack, without proper evidence, accusing the country of using Pakistan as a scapegoat.

The audacity of Shahid Afridi to condemn the attack and question the ethics of Pakistan for their alleged involvement in this activity is leaving everyone perplexed. And again, such is the level of comprehension and social awareness that is expected from Pakistani folk these days, remarked a social observer.
