Indian star cricketer Virat Kohli caught the buzz online as some enthusiastic fans detected that he liked the photos of actress Avneet Kaur on Instagram. The incident sparked considerable chatter online. It has sparked a lot of discussion on the internet with some misleading speculations about the same. However, putting an end to all the rumors, Kohli has given a response.
Kohli took to Instagram stories to officially clarify the same. Kohli confirmed that the algorithm caused a technical glitch. At the same time, the like has been withdrawn too.
“I’d like clarify that while clearing my feed, it appears the algorithm may have mistakenly registered an interaction. There was absolutely no intent behind it. I request that no unnecessary assumptions be made. Thank you for your understanding,” wrote Kohli on his Instagram story.
Ironically, this has triggered a lot of discussion since this happened, a day after Kohli posted a birthday message for his wife, Anushka.
