A pretty significant decision in connection with the upcoming T20 World Cup, which is starting in a couple of weeks from now has been taken by the ICC today.
The ICC has collectively decided to eliminate Bangladesh from the upcoming World Cup after their team refused to travel to India on security concerns.
In what could be considered an extremely interesting replacement choice that has been taken by the ICC, Scotland will be playing the T20 WC 2026. It’s a great news for their fans & this cricket loving nation.
Bangladesh cricket board messed with the wrong people simply as they thought ICC will listen to them, they thought they will change the venue of their matches, they made India an unsafe country to play cricket.
Everything has been put to rest now and it was simple two terms, WC dates can’t be altered & WC is going to happen with or without Bangladesh, nothing in between situation.
On top of that, the ICC is now contemplating severe action against Bangladesh for missing up with the international cricket Council right before the start of the World Cup.
