Blockbuster IPL Trade Coming: Mumbai & Chennai In Lock!

One of the most interesting moves with regard to the upcoming season of IPL is already in the making, and this involves two of the most successful teams in the tournament, Chennai and Mumbai.

Chennai Mumbai are in for a negotiation regarding a player trade before the upcoming season of IPL as Mumbai is looking to let go off their captain, Hardik Pandya.

Apparently, Chennai Super Kings is interested in procuring the services of Hardik Pandya, and they have opened the negotiation with Mumbai as well. In return, Mumbai is asking for two players Shivam Dubey and Ayush Mhatre.

It is reported that Chennai is prepared to trade Shivam Dubey, but they are not willing to leave their younger Ayush, who was brilliant with the last season. Apparently, they are looking to pay ₹10 crore in additional cash along with Shivam Dubey but Mumbai is persistent on Ayush.

For now, both the teams are an absolute deadlock with regard to the player negotiation and only future course of action will decide what could happen next.

Chennai and Mumbai who had been strong rivals in the history of IPL tournament are currently in negotiation phase for, Hardik Pandya and this could be one of the biggest developments before IPL 2027.

Previously, Mumbai had lost multiple players like Ambati Rayudu, Harbhajan Singh, Dwayne Bravo and others to Chennai in the auction. Now you could be witnessing for another significant switch from Mumbai to Chennai in the form of Hardik Pandya.
