It is a proud moment that Indians are tasting triumph in every corner of the world and their wide range of success stories are forever inspiring. MasterChef Australia Season 13 has come to an end with the finale announcing the winner. Indian-origin Justin Narayan took the title home, leaving the country proud.
Justin defeated the other two finalists, Kishwar Chowdhury and Pete Campbell with his unparalleled culinary skills. Soon after his winning moment, he even took to his social media to thank everyone for supporting him. “Find people that believe in you. Back yourself. Go hard and hopefully you will surprise yourself. Whoever’s reading this I love you,” Justin wrote.
Justin also shared a bunch of pictures from the finale episode. The winner took home prize money of USD 250,000 (Rs1.86 crore approx) along with the MasterChef trophy. Masterchef Australia also mentioned the win of Justin on the official Instagram page with his winning moment video.
“We think it’s safe to say @justinnarayan”s mind is blown right now,” the post read. Calling it a ”surreal feeling”, we can hear Justin saying “Huge thanks to the judges and other contestants. It was the best experience of my life,” in the video.
Not to mention, this particular season MasterChef Australia 13 was much-talked-about even in India. Because the show had there Indian -origin participants, Justin Narayan, Depinder Chhibber, and Kishwar Chowdhury. They have prepared innumerable Indian and Bengali dishes which were declared impressive by the judges during the course of the show.
