Star Hero Stopped At Airport For Hours Over Luxury Watches

Shahrukh Khan was embarrassed earlier at a US airport years back when the authorities stopped him for security reasons. Superstar Shahrukh Khan was stopped at an airport again yesterday and shockingly it was at Mumbai airport.

The superstar was stopped by the customs department in Mumbai airport as he was allegedly found with expensive watches and was made to pay nearly 6.83 lakh rupees as customs tax before he was made to wait for hours. Shahrukh Khan was returning from Sharjah in his private jet. Reports say that a package of around 6 Luxury watches worth of 18 lakhs was also found in his belongings.

SRK was allowed to leave the airport right after the customs formalities were completed, but his bodyguard and some others were allowed to leave only around the morning.

Mr. Khan attended the Sharjah International Book Fair 2022 yesterday, where he was honored with the Global Icon of Cinema and Cultural Narrative Award for his contribution to international cinema and culture.

Shahrukh Khan was stopped at Los Angeles airport in 2016 and also at New York airport in 2012.
