Wife Files Rape Case Against A Bollywood Actor, ‘With Proof’!

Bollywood’s renowned actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his estranged wife Aaliya Siddiqui have been in a legal battle for some time. They are involved in a legal dispute over Nawaz’s Mumbai bungalow. Aaliya claims she filed a rape case against Nawazuddin at the Versova police station, adding to her long list of accusations against the actor.

Aaliya earlier requested a paternity test for her son in a family court to prove the child belongs to Nawazuddin. The actor’s mother allegedly called the child ‘illegitimate’ and Aaliya says Nawazuddin remained silent on the accusation.

Aaliya shared a video today where she is seen speaking in tears and the caption reads, ‘A great actor who tries to be a great human being often! His heartless mother who calls my innocent child illegitimate and this poor man remains silent. A rape complaint (with proof) has been filed against him at Versova police station yesterday itself. Whatever happens, I will not let my innocent children go in these heartless hands.’

Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Aaliya got married in 2009 and they have two children.
