Ruby Devi of Pasraha village in the Chautham area got married to Neeraj Kumar Singh in 2009. The couple has four kids. She later developed feelings for Mukesh Kumar Singh from the same village. Mukesh already got married to another Ruby Devi and has two kids. Mukesh and Ruby Devi eloped on February 6 last year. Runy took her two sons and one daughter along with her and got married to Mukesh.

Neeraj Kumar Singh filed a kidnapping case against Mukesh and he managed to get the phone number of Mukesh’s wife Ruby Devi. They started talking on the phone and soon fell for each other just within a week of talking. They decided to tie the knot and had a court marriage on February 18.
