Preity Zinta, co-owner of Punjab Kings XI and a Bollywood actress, recently shared a fun anecdote from her time in the IPL. In an interview with Star Sports, Zinta revealed that she once made 120 aloo parathas for her team while they were in South Africa for the IPL in 2009.
She recounted how the players had requested her to make the parathas after she gave them tips on how to make them well. However, after the players won their next game, they realized just how much food they had requested, and Zinta never made that many aloo parathas again.
Harbhajan Singh Responds with a Witty Remark
Former Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh responded to Preity Zinta’s revelation with a witty remark of his own. He revealed that only Irrfan Khan, who was a guest in the team’s dressing room that day, had eaten 20 parathas. Singh’s response added a touch of humor to Zinta’s story.
