In a horrific incident of Porshe car crashed into a motorcycle killing two techies, here is a fresh twist. The Pune teen and his father now claim that their family driver was driving the vehicle when the accident happened.
The ‘Porshe’ teen was earlier given bail 15 hours after the incident and was later taken into custody. The 17-year-old boy has now claimed that the family driver was behind the wheel during the incident and surprisingly two other friends of this minor support his claims.
The driver was questioned and he also claimed he was driving the vehicle on that night. The teenager was sent to observation home by the Juvenile Justice Board on Wednesday.
The police have registered an FIR against the minor under IPC sections 304 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder), 304 A (causing death by negligence), 279 (rash driving), and relevant sections of the Motor Vehicles Act.
