With allegations of involvement in crypto currency scam along with co-actress Kajal Aggarwal spreading in the media, actress Tamannaah Bhatia denied her role in the Rs 2.4 crore fraud. She made it clear that she has no connection with the scam and intends to take the legal course against the spread of such misinformation.
She strongly refuted the allegations and urged the public and media to refrain from circulating rumours without evidence. She said, “It has come to my attention that rumours are being circulated alleging my involvement and dealing with cryptocurrency. I’d like to request my friends in media not to circulate any such fake, misleading, and false reports and rumours. In the meantime, my team is looking into the same to initiate appropriate action.”
There were rumours stating that both Tamannaah Bhatia and Kajal could be summoned by the Puducherry police for questioning in connection with the crypto scam.
On the work front, Tamannaah is expected to soon appear in horror-thriller Odela 2. She was last seen in Sikandar Ka Muqqadar, along with Avinash Tiwary and Jimmy Shergill.
