Grok Generates Abusive Replies; Indian Govt Seeks Clarification

On one side, the artificial intelligence can empower human lives and help them in their day to day activities. On the other side, it can also create an imbalance beyond the understanding of human mind. Now, the latest trending AI chatbot across Social Media is Grok, developed by platform X. However, the replies it is generating is beyond imagination. It is delivering great results but is also using slangs and abuses. Hence, the central government is seeking an answer from the platform.

To everyone’s surprise, the Grok recently also engaged in triggering fan wars on social media in Telugu entertainment space. The kind of replies Grok is giving hint us that there is a human invention. It can reply in Telugu as well as Tinglish.

Media reports said that the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MEITY) is currently examining the issue. The government sought a reply from X on the datasets used to train Grok.

Grok was designed as an alternative to mainstream AI models like Open AI’s ChatGPT and Google’s Gemini. As of now, there is no clarity on what response X will be giving to the government.
