What An Irony! Merciless Siraj Sinks Old Team RCB

Royal Challengers Bengaluru, who had made a strong start to the season by winning their opening two games were humbled by Gujarat Titans in their home Stadium of Chinnaswamy in Bengaluru last night. 

The most important thing about this humble defeat for RCB is that one of their old players instigated this defeat. The player in discussion, here is none other than Mohammed Siraj, who was once a key player for RCB.

After years of association with RCB and its talismanic player, Virat Kohli in what could perhaps be considered a strange move, Siraj was let off by RCB in last year’s mega auction. This was when Siraj was acquired by Gujarat Titans and coincidently. He happened to return to ChinnaSwamy last night, but this time as an opponent, rather than an RCB player. 

Siraj was absolutely brilliant with the ball as he picked up three wickets and bowled an economical spell of four overs for just 19 runs. His return to the Bengaluru Stadium was a very successful one as he was absolutely bang on point right from the opening over.

There are several funny posts and Memes on social media about how Siraj was absolutely pathetic with a ball while he was an RCB player, but ended up becoming a prime bowler for Gujarat while playing against the very same RCB last night.
