The sudden and unfortunate Air India plane crash near Ahmedabad is deeply disturbing the nation. No one expected that such a aviation disaster would take place. 242 people were on board and the initial reports suggested that no one would survive. However, it is now reported that there was a survivor.
40-year-old Viswash Kumar Ramesh, who is a British National survived the deadly crash. He was travelling to London along with his brother. Viswash Kumar was seated on 11A and his brother in a different row. However, Vishwash somehow survived the fatal accident.
“When I got up, there were bodies all around me. I was scared. I stood up and ran. There were pieces of the plane all around me. Someone grabbed hold of me and put me in an ambulance and brought me to the hospital,” revealed Viswash to the media, and Ahmedabad CP Gyanesh Singh also confirmed the same.
Viswash had his boarding pass with him, and it helped the officials to identify him. However, he had impact injuries to his chest, eyes and feet.
The officials also revealed that they can not confirm the death toll yet and it will take more time for them to assess it.
