After a brief spell of dry season, Hyderabad is again witnessing peak monsoon with torrential rain hitting the city starting from today. The city is now kept on high alert in view of the huge downpour that is projected over the next few hours.
The situation is so pretty intense that chief minister Revanth Reddy himself has issued a higher alert warning to District collectors and local authorities.
Revanth Reddy instructed the authorities to stay on their feet and carry on with the relief operations immediately after the huge downpour is over. The sanitation and emergency services have been intimated to stay on the ground effective immediately.
The city population is also advised to stay indoors unless and until something extremely urgent and important comes up. Outside travel is strictly against the instructions that were passed today.
It is here by advised that the city people must stay indoors while the city observes torrential downpour over the next few hours as cloud nimbus are also expected in the due course.
