The first paced dating culture in the current generation is leading to several complications at a social level. We have been hearing several cases of individuals facing abuse from quick dating partners and others, who are filing fake cases to extort money from the same.
Now we have a viral video of a Kannada speaking Judge discussing in court about a case that perfectly reflects the modern complications of the dating culture.
According to this video, which is going viral on social media, the judge speaks about a case where a couple met on dating app Bumble, then went to Oyo, which was followed by the girl filing a police complaint against the man, saying he raped her.
The fact that this lady met this individual on a dating app and went to OYO with him and later filed a rape case against him the very next day has a very shady vibe. The judge also appeared to be amused by the case as he took note of the proceedings.
While the judgement on this case is obviously awaited, the nature of this case is a serious warning to the current generation youngsters who must be very cautious about the repercussions of fast dating culture. The consequences could be very lethal.
Earlier, Bengaluru court had quashed a similar case when a young lady filed a rape case against her partner after meeting him on a dating app. It has to be seen what kind of that this new case would witness now.
