Twentyseven-year-old Bandla Rishikesh, a software engineer from Guidvada in Krishna district, was found lifeless in mysterious circumstances in Panchakula district of Haryana on Friday morning.
His colleagues found him lying in a pool of blood in the accommodation provided by the company Vedi Technologies. Rishikesh secured a job with Rs 9 lakh annual package in the company. The colleagues had to break open the door in which Rishikesh was there as they found him dead and it was locked from inside. A resident of Bethavolu area in Gudivada, he shifted to Haryana to work in the company just 10 days ago.
On being informed, the company management lodged a complaint with the police. They passed on information to Gudivada I Town police who later conveyed the news to his parents. Rishikesh’s father runs a kirana store at Bethavolu.
Rishikesh’s body has stab wounds on his neck and arms. Even the TV set and other utensils in his room were found scattered on the floor. Police suspect he was murdered by some unidentified assailants.
On one of the walls, it was written in blood ‘I Am Unable To Call Police’, which is strengthening the police’s suspicion of a murder. The company provided accommodation to the employees at Pinjore Amaravati Enclave in Panchakula. He completed B.Tech in computer sciences from a private university and later worked as a salesforce developer at an IT company.
