Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are one of the dreamiest couples in Bollywood. The couple are very much in love and it just shows. Be it their PDA on social media or in front of the paps, we love every minute of seeing these two together. It was reported that Ranbir Kapoor was supposed to tie the knot Alia Bhatt in December this year.
The couple started seeing each other on the sets of their much-awaited Ayan Mukerji directorial, ‘Brahmastra’. Many a time, the ‘Udta Punjab’ star has not shied away from confessing that she always had a crush on Ranbir Kapoor and these two got along like a house on fire.
However, things weren’t looking so well for the Kapoor family. Rishi Kapoor, veteran actor and Ranbir’s dad, was suffering from Leukemia and he passed away after 2-year long battle with the dreaded disease. He yearned for his son to marry the love of his life, however due to his ill-health, Ranbir and Alia had to postpone their wedding. Now we hear that the marriage has been pushed to 2021 and won’t take place in December this year as was rumoured previously.
Meanwhile on the work front, both Ranbir and Alia have varied projects lined up other than their dream-project ‘Brahmastra’ of course. While Alia has signed ‘Sadak 2’, ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’, Ranbir Kapoor has already created a stir with his rustic looks in the teaser of his next action-adventure ‘Shamshera’. Ranbir Kapoor also has a film lined up with Luv Ranjan and will see sharing screen space with Ajay Devgn.
