US: Delta Plane Crashes And Overturns While Landing In Toronto

Another passenger plane crashed in the US and fortunately, all survived the incident.

A Delta Air Lines flight from Minneapolis crashed and overturned while landing at Toronto Pearson Airport on Monday afternoon. The flight overturned upon landing.

There were 80 passengers including four crew members on board and 15 were injured. Twelve of the injured sustained minor injuries. Two others were in critical condition and were airlifted to a nearby trauma center.

The Federal Aviation Administration said in a statement that Delta Air Lines Flight 4819, which was operated by Endeavor Air and was arriving from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, crashed while landing in Toronto around 2:45 p.m. Endeavor is a “wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines headquartered in Minneapolis,” Delta said.
