Curtailing down the suspense on the female lead, the makers of Mega hero Ram Charan and director Shankar’s film have announced Kiara Advani as the female lead. Before this the likes of Rashmika Mandanna, Malavika Mohanan and a few more surfaced in the media but Kiara had the last laugh.
Apparently Kiara did give a hint some time back about her south re-entry but she did not disclose many details. And she was not being considered for just #RC15 but also #NTR30. Having launched her in Telugu, director Koratala Siva approached her first even before director Shankar.
Though Kiara did not give any word to Koratala, she asked for some time to decide upon it. In this gap, director Shankar knocked her and being a massive project, she did not hesitate to do this film. Subsequently Kiara rejected #NTR30 and signed #RC15.
But #NTR30 is also planned in pan India scale yet Kiara preferred Charan’s film over NTR’s and there are a couple of factors for it. First being director Shankar who is popular across the country and Charan too is familiar with the Bollywood audiences having made his debut with ‘Toofan.’ With the Mega hero, this would be her second film.
With Kiara rejecting his film, director Koratala Siva is again busy searching for a suitable face opposite the Nandamuri hero. Hopefully he will find his heroine in the coming days. Both #NTR30 and #RC15 will commence their shootings in September.
