Nagarjuna’s Bangarraju To Enter Sankranthi Race

Nagarjuna Akkineni is teaming up with director Kalyan Krishna for the second time. The duo is currently working on the prequel of their super hit film ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’. Interestingly, the reports on social media reveal that the film is gearing up for a grand release during Sankranthi next year.

As of now, team Bangarraju is planning to release the film on 15th January 2022. Soggade Chinni Nayana was also released on 15th January in 2016. The film has become a big hit at the box office. The makers want to cash on the same sentiment.

What’s more surprising is the fact that there are already a bunch of films releasing during Sankranthi 2022.

RRR will hit the screens on January 7th, 2022. Bheemla Nayak is scheduled for a grand release on January 12th, 2022. Sarkaru Vaari Paata is scheduled for a release on 13th January 2022. Radhe Shyam will release on 14th January 2022. Despite the arrival of RRR in the theatres during the Sankranthi season, there is no change in the release of other movies.

At this moment, although the makers of Bangarraju are planning to release the film on 15th January, there is still uncertainty. We have to wait some more days to arrive at a final conclusion on the same.
