The ongoing ticket prices issues have not come to an end yet. The negotiations, requests, pleas, and arguments apart, the sensational film director Ram Gopal Varma shot 10 questions at the AP government regarding the ticket rates.
RGV throws ten logical questions based on cinema making, remunerations, business model, manufacturer consumer relationship, subsidizing, and many more.
He even asked the government to make the movie business like a ration shop, so the government can buy it at the manufacturer’s cost but sell it to the general public at a low price and call it a ration theater.
RGV further asked how an actor’s remuneration is separated from the movie budget, as the producer wants to pay the asked remuneration to the actor based on his previous track record and selling point. Watch the video to see the logic and wit from RGV regarding the ticket prices issue.
Meanwhile, actor Naga Babu who had been on loggerheads with RGV since a while, commented on RGV’s video with, ‘You’re absolutely right… And you took the questions right out of my mouth…
