New Worries For RRR Release?

The makers of RRR have announced that the film will hit the screens on March 25, 2022. After multiple postponements and delays, the team has finally fixed it as the official release date. But now, another problem is worrying the makers.

March and April are considered the exam seasons and thus, many big films don’t opt for the release at that time. And this year, things have become more complicated.

Already, many educational institutions have been shut in January due to the third wave of the COVID-19.

After reopening, the government have decided to run the institutions till May. That means the students will be having exams in March and April.

On top of that, there is the IPL which is all set to begin either in the last week of March or in the first week of April. This time, there will be 10 teams and the tournament is turning out to be much bigger. That might also affect RRR’s business a bit.

As of now, trade pundits are predicting these obstacles for the film. It has to be seen if RRR manages to overcome them and prove to be a blockbuster at the box office.

Directed by SS Rajamouli, this action drama features Ram Charan, Jr. NTR and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles.
