Radhe Shyam & AMJ: Why Venkatesh Is Lucky!

Sometimes, the scripts of a few films were supposed to be done with one hero but they end up in the lap of another hero. If those films become hit, the heroes who rejected those movies will regret their choice and vice versa.

Venkatesh is one hero who has escaped from doing two boring films, which now ended up as failures at the box office. The films are Radhe Shyam and Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu.

Director Kishore Tirumala initially planned to make Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu with Venkatesh. The pre-production works were also done. But for some reason, Venkatesh backed out from the project and eventually, Kishore made it with Sharwanand.

Finally, it had hit the screens last week and ended up as a disaster at the box office.

Even Radhe Shyam was supposed to be done by Venkatesh. Initially, Chandrasekhar Yeleti came up with the original idea of this movie and planned to make it with Venky Mama. But for some unknown reasons, it didn’t materialize. Later, Radha Krishna Kumar took the idea and developed it for Prabhas.

The film has hit the theatres today and has been getting a lukewarm response. Both these films were called boring by the viewers and thus, Venkatesh luckily escaped doing these snail-paced movies.
