RRR Creates New Records In North America

Though SS Rajamouli’s much-hyped movie RRR completed its second week also, it continues to create records at the box office. This movie almost took five years for Rajamouli to write, conceptualise, and direct. However, his hard work hasn’t gone in vain, it is paying him double now.

Set in a 1920s backdrop, these two angry young men’s rebellious story is stamped as a magnum opus across the world.

As per the reports, this NTR and Ram Charan starrer has crossed the ₹100 Crores mark in North America [ $13.24M ] and is marking a new sensation. Surprisingly, even on its third Friday, it had collected a tremendous amount of $150K and seems to have the best run even on Saturday and Sunday.

Some may say RRR is not Rajamouli’s best work. But for sure, the movie collections are marking that Rajamouli is possibly one of the best directors of India who can make a large scale and lavish commercial film with the simplest of storylines that could make wonders.
