KGF Chapter 2 Beats Baahubali 2’s Six Days Record

Ever since KGF: Chapter 2 has hit cinemas, the film is smashing many old records and creating some new records at the box office with some terrific figures coming its way as audiences liked the film like anything. And now, the film is breaking many records created by Baahubali 2 in the Hindi arena.

While Baahubali 2 took almost 6 days to touch the mighty ₹ 200 crores ‘nett’ mark in the Bollywood arena, KGF: Chapter 2 will cross it by tonight (First Monday). The film will be posting ₹ 200+ crores nett total in just 5 days of time. Positive word of mouth and terrific mass applause in theatres is actually helping the film mint huge money. Guess what, entering 200 crore club just in 5 days time is a history here in Hindi cinema which no Hindi original film has achieved so far.

By Sunday, KGF2 has collected ₹ 193+ crores nett from the Hindi box office, and the film will have no stopping for another week as there is no big film pitted against it. And that took wiht the movie doing so good in mass centres of Maharashtra and Gujarat, surely the distributors are not even thinking twice to replace it with another movie. Looks like Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Movies, the co-producer of the film, got all the right theatres and centres for KGF2, in order to make it score quite big.
