Shabaash Mithu Trailer: Unheard Inspiring Story!

Taapsee Pannu is coming up with an interesting film titled Shabaash Mithu. The makers launched the film’s trailer today, and it looks extremely promising. The film narrates the struggle and success of the cricketer Mithali Raj, who recently announced her retirement from international cricket. Shabhaash Mithu is a biographical drama on the life of Mithali Raj.

The two-minute and 44-second-long trailer begins with Taapsee in action on the field, hitting fours and sixes consecutively. And then, the story shifts to Mithali’s childhood. The trailer focuses on how Mithali’s talent was scouted by her parents and what all struggles did she face in her career to become what she is today.

There are multiple hard-hitting and riveting moments in the trailer, and technically, the film looks top-notch. Directed by Srijit Mukherji, the film has Taapsee doing the unimaginable, and performance-wise, she has bought her best out.

If promoted rightly, the film has the potential to reach the maximum audience in the country. “The unheard story of women in Blue” is the caption of the film.

Shabhaash Mithu is releasing on July 15th, 2022.
