The team of ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ is unfolding the looks of the ensemble cast it has. After Chiyaan Vikram, Karthi and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, we have the look of dusky siren Trisha. Essaying the role of Princess Kundavai, Trisha looks absolutely regal with full of royalty.
Sharing her look Trisha wrote, “In a world of men, a woman of courage. Presenting Princess Kundavai!” The attention to detail in her look is commendable but Trisha seems to be playing a significant role that is packed with a lot of bravery.
This is Trisha’s first ever historical period drama film and second film with director Mani Ratnam. ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ is the most ambitious film by director Mani Ratnam and is based on Kalki’s ‘Ponniyin Selvan’ and will be made in multiple parts on pan India scale.
Slated for release on September 30th, the film’s technical crew consists of AR Rahman for music and Ravi Varman for cinematography.
